DELIVERY COSTS will be according to location.
- Spain and Portugal ( excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira Islands, Azores Islands) 5 Euros.
- Europe and the excluding locations: 15 Euros.
- Rest of World: 25 Euros.
Free deliveries in Spain and Portugal (excluding Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) for orders over 100 Euros.
Customs Duty not included in the prices and will be paid by the customer. Rates will depend on current laws of each country or location.
All our production is handmade by D-RAIZ. We make small collections and we can offer personalized and exclusive products. We don´t work on big stocks and, because of this reason, we define delivery times that allow us to respond to the customer if there is a large volume of orders. When the items are in stock, delivery times could be shorter.
For deliveries in Iberian Peninsula (Spain) delivery time is 4 – 6 working days, from the day after payment confirmation. We are not responsible for any delay produced by customs or transport.
D –RAÍZ cannot guarantee 100% punctuality in receiving your orders when there are for reasons beyond our control because the delivery is managed through a transport agency that will give you a tracking progress of your shipment and an estimated date of arrival.
D-RAÍZ is not responsible for the breach of the delivery terms, when it is due to causes beyond our company’s control.
In order to ensure delivery in the shortest possible time, it is necessary to indicate the recipient’s name and telephone number in the order. When making your purchase you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. You will receive a second email at the time your package is dispatched. In the exceptional case of a delay on the shipment of your purchase, we will contact the customer by email or phone. If you wish to specify any details about the delivery, please use the comments section at the time of placing your order, or later via email to email@example.com, with the reference number of the order.
Conditions of sale and returns
The prices shown on this website for European Union countries include VAT.
Our aim is the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you want to return an item, please request it through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a period not exceeding 15 working days from receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in order for us to keep improving.
The items must be returned in their original condition along with any accessories related to them, not being used, washed or damaged. They must have their original labels, complete original packaging, and must include the invoice or a copy of it (if only part of the order is being returned). D-RAÍZ will not accept returns if the item is not in its original packaging or not in perfect condition.

Once the product has been received, in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund it. Postage and packaging are at the client´s expense except when the return is due to a defective product.
Important note: The product is under your responsibility until ) we have received it in our warehouse. We recommend the parcel be sent by courier services or registered post. Please keep the proof of postage. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
