“Há mulheres que são maré em noites de tardes… e calma“
The summer collection of sustainable accessories is inspired in the words of the Portuguese poetess, Sophia de Mello Breyner. And in the wild and rough beaches of the Atlantic coast. With its striped coloured huts that convey those places with a special charm.
The collection is made with recovered sailcloth fabrics, used by the manufacturers in eastern Spain to make rope soled sandals in the 50’s and 60’s of the previous century. Combined with “zero waste” designs, leveraging the fabric to the maximum.

Comporta Capsule is our limited edition collection inspired in the palafitic port of the fishermen’s village of Carrasqueira, Portugal. Within marshlands, rice fields and salt mines. Built by the own fishermen with wooden planks and trunks. On the other side of the estuary, the essence of relaxing summer nights. The never-ending white sand beaches. And a sea which is an Ocean. The Atlantic, with its array of colours in blue and emerald green tones.

The exclusivity of the designs and materials. This Capsule collection is the result of a collaboration with the CIEC (International Centre for Contemporary Printing) in Betanzos, A Coruña. In their workshop, Romina, from Namyro Design, manually printed our D-Raíz design in our cotton sailcloth fabric. Our pieces combine it with recovered textiles from the rope sole sandals industry of the 50’s and 60’s.
All the products in this collection are numbered and have an exclusivity certificate.
